Looks like there's a subdir/foo.txt file in the tika-app directory that for some reason doesn't get cleaned up by the testZipWithSubdirs test case. I fixed that in revision 1416195. Going forward it would be good if the testZipWithSubdirs test was modified so that it only puts files inside the target directory to avoid problems like this.
