I've just taken a look into the tika-server code. All of the JAXRS annotations
are supported via miredot
http://www.miredot.com/docs/supportedframeworks/
Here is an example of the result

I'm also over on dev@community in an effort to see if we have something within
Apache which can achieve the same output.
