.bq I worry about tying something so central to Tika to a particular
web-service.
I agree, however we can reduce this worry by working on [~chrismattmann]'s
suggestion for making Translate an interface from which many translate clients
could potentially be plugged in.
+1 for separate module... I am not so opinionated about extracting out
language-identification... however it DOES seem logical.
