JDOM 2.0.6 looks to be the latest. Longer term fix is probably asking grib and 
rometools to upgrade, then get their new versions with that in. Short term, I'd 
suggest we try excluding the dependency to JDOM from rometools (so we get the 
newer one via grib) and check the tests all still pass
