We're currently pulling out embedded objects from Shapes within PPT. Recent
work on macro extraction from PPTs shows that we might be able to retrieve more
embedded objects with a call to {{slideshow.getEmbeddedObjects()}}.
I propose that we extract embedded objects from shapes as we're doing now and
store their {{persistId}}s; then we iterate through the slideshow's
{{embeddedObjects}} and process those that we haven't already handled in a
Shape as determined by the {{persistId}}.
