MAPI includes a broad range of file types, including: NOTE (regular email),
POST, CONTACT, APPOINTMENT, STICKYNOTE and TASK (others?). We are treating
every msg file as a NOTE. As a first step towards finer grained parsing, let's
at least pull out the MAPI type and store that in the metadata.
Recommendations for keys?
