In a private email, a user asked:
Bq. On the Tika website https://tika.apache.org/download.html it states that
Tika is classified as 5D002.C.1. Is this determination based on the Bouncy
Castle encryption libraries? If so, it appears that Bouncy Castle ECCN has
changed to 5D992.c. Would this cause Tika’s ECCN to also be changed to 5D992.c?
We think this is correct. Let’s update our website.
