I tried this a while ago, and I had no luck. I am able to get this to work
with the most recent testcontainers.
Where possible we should migrate as much as possible to junit 5.
While we're at it, we can also (with junit 5 and testcontainers) add a flag to
skip tests if Docker is not installed.
