Gregory Lepore reopened TIKA-3938:
----------------------------------

Reopening this issue, the row and column count are being returned for comma
separated files, but not for the other delimiters matched in the
TextAndCSVParser.

My mistake in wording the original issue; my agency considers the C in CSV to
stand for Character rather than Comma, and we tend to use pipes as our
delimiter, which avoids problems like Microsoft's tripled quotes.

> Extracting the total number of columns and rows from a CSV file would be very
> helpful for my organization. Once the appropriate separator has been
> identified, extracting the rows and columns should be possible.
