Fix Version/s: 2.8.1
Resolution: Fixed
I upgraded to commons-io 2.13.0 and added the workaround in the hwp reader.
Because this bug only appears to affect InflaterInputStream, I'm ok with the
upgrade and the temporary workaround.
If anyone disagrees, we can roll this back.
