@dameikle @tballison , the proposed PR seems like the _only_ current
mechanism for installing language packs and because of that limitation I would
be +1 for merging this PR
Thinking forward, I think we _could_ introduce a Docker argument (ARG) which
would facilitate language packs to be installed and configured dynamically. Any
thoughts?
