This dependency is not released as often as the main jackcess one
<groupId>com.healthmarketscience.jackcess</groupId>
<artifactId>jackcess-encrypt</artifactId>
and it points to an older jackcess and bcprov-jdk18on
This leads to dependency convergence maven errors in projects that use Tika.
Would be good to get fix out in 3.2.x
