Some iphones store a gps date in one field and a gps time in another. It would
be helpful to extract this into a single timestamp field.
Drew Noakes' metadata extractor already does this normalization with
{{gpsDirectory.getGpsDate()}}. We just need to capture this in a new metadata
field.
