I think this is good enough progress for a 3.2.1 release. From a strictly
change in common tokens b perspective, we should go with the code as it now is
in {{branch_3x}} rather than use my local changes which led to a slight
decrease in common tokens.
Unrelated, the open office diffs are caused by title information is no longer
getting injected into body content. I think this is good.
Move forward with a 3.2.1 release? WDYT?
