One issue I see here is that no documentation is produced for `tikaConfig`
@ahilmathew. I think we should update the checks for `.Values.tikaConfig`
values as empty string. What do you think? Thanks
This was an interesting exercise as it made me revisit each and every value
whilst developing the descriptions.
