Tim Allison updated TIKA-4499:
------------------------------
    Description:
dl4j hasn't been updated since 2022.

People integrating modern llm-based processing will likely be doing it with
external parsers via python or rest requests...maybe langchain4j?

I proposed this on TIKA-4316 but I wanted to open a dedicated ticket. If there
aren't objections, I'll remove it shortly. We can add back if anyone is using
it.
