I think that:
TIKA-3082 -- OpenAPI for tika-server
- simply needed. Propably have to define/refine endpoints and its parameters
TIKA-4520 -- move legacy tika-server-standard to Spring
- years had passed, now its time. Spring brings its own dependencies and
vulnerabilities. But in general, is much much better than our current impl.
