Larger question is what does the release process look like? Are we really going
to be pushing to all those repos or is dockerhub enough. do we need another
account via infra?
Is there another ASF project we can imitate or are you already? Can we
streamline so that grpc release is the same as tika-server or, better, vice
versa?
