tika-parsers-standard-package was doing three things: 1) integration tests for
the standard parsers, 2) osgi activator, 3) allowing a single import for the
standard parsers.
This was messy. In the PR, I've moved the integration tests to their own
module, I've removed the activator and I'v changed the
tika-standard-parsers-package to pom only.
