We're about to kick off the release process for 4.0.0, and expect it
to complete this week or next. Once that is released, we'll update our
"latest" docker tags --latest, latest-full and the tika-grpc
equivalents -- to point to the official 4.0.0 releases. There are
significant breaking changes in 4.0.0.
For one, configuration has migrated from xml to json, and for another,
the default output is now markdown.
If you are using the "latest" tags, we strongly encourage you to pin
Docker to 3.2.3.
