We're now waiting > an hour on our github ci queues. I'd like to make
progress on the 4.2.0 release. I think I'm going to break protocol
until the action issue is sorted by ASF and merge to main before the
actions complete.
I'll run the full build locally and fix whatever's broken. We still
have at least a day before I cut RC1 to get a clean build in github
CI, and we also still have Jenkins/Hudson.
Let me know if this is problematic.
