I'll take a look at it today. I thought there was some reason the Struts team didn't allow all-write access. I think it has to do with the scope of the contribution. If the contribution to the wiki is considered an "artifact" of the project then the contributor needs to have a CLA on file. But I'll look into it and let you know my opinion :-)
