Ninad, Harish, thanks for your interest, but to be accepted in an
incubating project you need to be an existing Apache committer, or a
developer of the original project. Since you both are "strangers" you
are not going to be accepted... at the moment :-)
This means that, if you want to become a committer, you have to
participate actively, posting patches to existing bugs, posting code
to feature requests (even your own), docs.
But this has nothing to do with the incubation of Kaolin. If you wish,
you can start contributing to Tiles :-)
