Fix Version/s: (was: 3.2.4)

Not sure if you noticed my other edits - but we only assign a "fix version" for
the lowest version the fix was on. That helps build the release notes right on
release day. It is understood that a fix to 3.1.6 is also good on 3.2.4 and
also 3.3.0 by way of the way we write release notes and upgrade documentation.
