We have a section for all the steps. We should add a section for "terminal
steps" which has {{toList()}}, {{toSet()}}, {{next()}}, {{tryNext()}},
{{hasNext()}}, {{next(integer)}}, {{fill(Collection)}}, {{iterate()}}, etc.
described. This section would be much like the {{General Steps}} section in
that it discusses all terminals in one section.
