In my testing of this PR with the latest on master (with #533 merged) that
there was a test failure in `GremlinServerAuthOldIntegrateTest` - It didn't
occur without your changes so I'm not sure what might have gone wrong. It had
something to do with an expected exception being different from the actual
exception. When you rebase this I can take another look at what's going on.
