Pretty simple - the `ioRegistries` option isn't new - we're just promoting
that now as the preferred (and in the future only) way to add `IoRegistry`
instances to the serializers.
Builds with `mvn clean install && mvn verify -pl gremlin-server
-DskipIntegrationTests=false && mvn verify -pl gremlin-console
-DskipIntegrationTests=false`
