TINKERPOP-1724 Remove deprecated ScriptElementFactory

Removed previously deprecated `ScriptElementFactory`.
`mvn clean install -DskipIntegrationTests=false` succeeded. (Docker ran out
of memory for some reason, but I'm sure that was not related to my changes)
