well - you started the process right (with a JIRA) and luckily the update was 
easy enough. sometimes a version upgrade may require discussion on the dev 
mailing list but in this case, it seems to be no big deal. You can read more

in case you decided you'd like to go the extra step and submit a pull request 
in the future.
