Jorge has done a lot of work for TinkerPop with Gremlin.NET and gremlin-javascript. He does really solid code reviews and participates in discussions about the administration of the project itself. It's nice to have him as a part of the TinkerPop Community and it's now nice to have him as a part of the PMC. Welcome, Jorge!
