Etienne Le Nigen commented on TINKERPOP-2115:
---------------------------------------------

Thanks for the feedback, by any chance would you have any advice how we could
extract this kind of metrics until it's a built-in feature?  In our case, we
are using Neptune and they don't show yet the open connections, and since it's
in AWS we don't have access to the server, so it has to be done on the client
side.

> Expose the number of open connections

> Project: TinkerPop
> Issue Type: Improvement
> Components: driver
> Affects Versions: 3.3.4
> Reporter: Etienne Le Nigen
> Priority: Minor
>
> We would like to be able to track the number of open connections, but to do
> that, we would need the DriverRemoteConnection to return the Client and the
> Client should be able to return the ConnectionPool and this one would return
> the size of opened connections.
