Removed Gryo configurations and updated documentation as needed. Gryo
classes are all still present. Users can go back to them if they like. This
change sets up TINKERPOP-2233.

   All tests pass with `docker/build.sh -t -i`

> Gyro was deprecated on TINKERPOP-2250 for 3.4.0. Remove configurations that
> still make use of it. It will be still be possible for users to configure
> Gryo back in. It just won't be there as a default option anymore.
