Committers probably saw the notice but it looks like infra has added the
ability for us to include an asf.yaml file to our repo which can help
automate a few things. Running through the features, I don't think it helps
us too much except that it can control GitHub meta-data:

I think it would be nice if the GitHub project page looked a bit better in
that regard. I think we should add:
