This removes the unused code coverage packages mentioned in TINKERPOP-2577
that we haven't been using for anything, as well as two xUnit tools that were
needed a long time ago, but aren't needed any more. I split this into two
commits as both changes are independent of each other, although they are
somewhat related since they both remove test dependencies that we don't need
any more (hence a single PR for both).
