Draft implementation, which adds support for default values in GraphML
([TINKERPOP-848](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TINKERPOP-848)).
Support feature is incubating, due to following capabilities mentioned in
GraphML [specification](http://graphml.graphdrawing.org/specification.html).
