The {{AuthenticationSettings.enableAuditLog}} setting was deprecated at 3.5.0.
It was replaced by {{Setting.enableAuditLog}} and some changes to the log
message format. Removing this deprecated configuration should remove some
complexity from the code and from the settings files for 3.6.0
