This fast turnaround release fixes an issue that at least two people I am aware
of have run into (Regex in Bytecode from the Java client).

I checked the links, skimmed through the docs, checked LICENSE/NOTICE files,
and ran validate-distribution.sh and everything looks good to me.
One small noteworthy item I saw is that the FUTURE docs
(https://tinkerpop.apache.org/docs/3.6.4/dev/future/) still reference 3.7.x as
having a 2022 Q4 target and the existing proposals for 3.7 features are not
included in this doc. This is a consequence of our tendency to only merge
proposals into the master branch. I would suggest that going forward we start
merging FUTURE docs updates and proposals into the dev branches such that
https://tinkerpop.apache.org/docs/current/dev/future/ will always reflect the
latest proposals. I don’t see this as a blocker for this release.
