Currently gremlin-server docker images are published as multiarch images
supporting ARM64 and AMD64, but gremlin console is only supporting AMD64.
The ARM console image was originally withheld due to stability concerns,
although recent testing shows this to be resolved. The release processes should
be amended to add include an ARM console image.
