We were thinking it was time to deprecate/remove that feature. There are good tools out there these days for TinkerPop-enabled graph visualization, with G.V(), graph-explorer, graph-notebook, etc. It's probably best to recommend those other tools and remove this bit of code from the repo. Unless there are objections in the next 72 hours, we'll assume lazy consensus and proceed with deprecation in 3.7-dev and removal on master..
