The latest Python 3.9 release
[3.9.24|https://www.python.org/downloads/release/python-3924/] updates
setuptools to version 60. This has a lot of changes that affect the way
gremlin-python is built, tested and deployed. Gremlin-python needs to have its
{{setup.py}} updated and run commands updated.
