I'm adding this to the list of issues to close for GA as there really isn't
work todo here, but we may want to validate whether or not any particular
methods need the {{Helper}} annotation or not.
At the moment, my inclination is that I'd rather not kill the infrastructure
around {{Helper}} even if we aren't immediately using it.
