Gatling tests on Gremlin Server have worked on and off for a while, mostly
because of continued internal changes to Gatling itself. Attempt to bump to
the latest Gatling release and update gremlin server test code accordingly to
get it working again. If that doesn't work for some reason then perhaps it is
best to just remove it.
