Hello,
I have been building TP3 on both Windows and Linux, but have not been
successful on Windows. It used to be that I had a test failing because it
didn't take long enough.
Now (today), when building incubator-tinkerpop-master on Windows, I get the
following error:

I have checked the 'apidocs' directory, and it contains 'javadoc.bat',
'options', and 'packages' files.
Are there known issues with building on Windows, or should I submit a bug
on JIRA for this?
