Hello everybody,

I would like to suggest that an M9 milestone release of TinkerPop3 should
be made available soon. The rc3 that went out earlier today seems to be in
good shape. More importantly, any further testing and validation of TP3
will require vendor adoption so that an entire graph stack can be tested.
For this, we need an M9.

Titan has been tracking TP3 SNAPSHOT for a last couple of weeks and we
invested 100s of development hours into ensuring compatibility on the OLTP
and OLAP side. We have completed this process with 1000s of test cases
(both unit and integration) passing successfully.

At this point, we need to be able to publish a milestone release of Titan
to get additional user feedback and validation in the context of actual
uses cases. This will also benefit TinkerPop3 greatly as evidenced by
Dylan's and Andrew's reply to Marko's email this morning. We are ready to
issue a 0.9M2 release of Titan as soon as TinkerPop3M9 comes out.

Anybody else who is eagerly awaiting an M9, please +1.
Thank you,
Matthias
