This was a good experience for me.  I felt like I was able to soak in some
more of the breadth of what is going on.  I could see this one mega meeting
untenable at a certain team size but as long as it was, I usually lean
towards one uber meeting to knock things like this out vs. a smaller weekly
one.  And yeah, maybe as us new folks get up to speed, we can provide more
help tagging things release wise.  Possibly even coming up with a first cut
before the meeting so that the meeting itself really focuses on the
communication and then making any adjustments based upon other folks'
perspectives.
