[DISCUSS] Full replace of TINKERPOP3

Do we want to replace all of the old links to the old JIRA stuff (e.g.
upgrade docs, meeting notes, etc)?  I did a partial replace but left the
"historical" documents.  Now, after a word from Ted, i'm kinda thinking we
just replace them all.  Any opinions?
