Just wanted to hang out my thoughts on what the branching strategy would be after we release 3.1.1-incubating. I think we should probably:
1. Create a tp31 branch so that we can continue work along the 3.1.x line of code 2. Treat the master branch as the 3.2.x line of code. sound good?
