I was reading this test, and it promises "6 elements w/ a 10ms sleep each =
60ms with 10ms for other computation.", so, should be 60ms (for the 6 elements)
+ 10ms (for other stuff) = 70 ms.
I wonder why the assertion is >= 59 and not >= 70
