One meta point: Since I see TinkerPop is also thinking about graduating, it's time for the PPMC to read through the expectations the ASF has of TLPs in terms of better managing their brand: http://www.apache.org/foundation/marks/pmcs http://www.apache.org/foundation/marks/responsibility While it's ultimately the responsibility of domain name owners to ask for permission, this is the kind of thing that we expect healthy PMCs to track and check for ahead of time, once a PMC is aware that a new site is being built. Separately, I'm bringing this up because in this particular case, I would have expected that this company would know better ahead of time, given their other involvements here. - Shane
