NOTE: This is the wrong project for this, but there is no project for Tomcat
Site.
Update which version table header labels for
* proper title case,
* replace actual with latest (a common false friend for non-native English
speaker)
* replace revision with version because it is a version OR one could simply
say: Latest Release
